Tasty and Healthy....
French Toast
Ingredients:
No Salt Sour Dough Rye Bread or
No Salt Ezekiel Bread (Health Food Store only)
Egg Whites or Egg Beaters.
Cinnamon
Equal
Sugar Free Maple Syrup.
Instructions:
1. Put Egg Whites in shallow dish.
2. Add combined cinnamon and Equal.
3. Dip Bread in batter.
4. Cook in non stick pan until brown.
5.Turn over and brown other side and also cook remaining egg whites.
6. Eat with syrup and additional cinnamon and equal if desired.
