Roasted Figs
2-4 figs sliced in half (stems removed)
2-3 sprays Fat Free cooking spray
1/4 cup Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
1/8 cup Chopped Walnuts
Set your over to 275. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Place figs on the sheet (seed side up). Bake until figs are softened and slightly liquidy (approximately 8-10 minutes). Allow figs to cool, and transfer to a serving plate. Sprinkle on feta cheese and walnuts. Enjoy!
